I was really disappointed with the Breville Smart Fryer. Despite trying several different cooking settings, my food never came out crispy and seemed to be undercooked. I also found that the fryer was difficult to clean and that it took up a lot of space on my kitchen counter. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone.
