This fryer was a disappointment. It takes a long time to heat up and doesn't seem to get hot enough. The fry basket is also awkwardly shaped and it's difficult to fit food inside. I also found that the fryer didn't hold up well over time and began to rust after just a few uses. I would not recommend this fryer to anyone.
