This coffee maker is good, but it does not compare to a Keurig in terms of features as it can only make one cup of coffee at a time in sizes of 6, 8, or 12 oz. Additionally, the price point seems a bit high for what it offers and should be no more than $40. Ultimately, a Keurig is the superior option.

I'm so pleased with this machine - it brews a single cup of coffee in half the time of my old one! The temperature of the coffee after brewing was a pleasant 76 degrees, much hotter than before. I especially appreciate that it can make both K-Cups and grinds, so everyone in the family can use it. Not to mention, it looks great and is easy to use and clean. Highly recommend!

I've been using this product for a month and it works great, taking up no counter space. The only issue I have is the fragile spring-loaded button used to insert the pod, which may not hold up to long-term use. Despite this, I would still recommend it.

This device is amazing; it works without any issues! It is incredibly fast and I love that I can use whole beans with the included adaptor. Just now I had some delicious Kicking Horse black coffee and it was way better than spending $4 for a cup of Tim's, Starbucks, or Taster's Choice.

I'm really pleased with this product. It works exactly as it should and the price is great. Even though I'm used to my old Kuerig 1.0 which was hotter, this one only takes 8 minutes from cold to finish brewing a single cup (up to 12 oz). I recently purchased a product that allows me to quickly brew a cup of coffee in just three minutes. I use it to brew both ground coffee and k-cups, although there is a slight downside in that the grinds will leave a powdery residue at the bottom of my cup. Initially, this worked but the second time I used it, I had to repeat the process multiple times. Additionally, the machine dispensed water without boiling it, completely skipping the boiling step. After reaching out to the seller, they advised me to clean with vinegar, which solved the problem by flushing out the hidden coffee grounds and loose leaves. As a result of this experience, I have learnt to clean the machine with vinegar and check the dispensing tank for build up every few days, even if soft water is used. The seller was very helpful and prompt with offering a refund, for which I am grateful. For this reason, I have upgraded my rating to four stars.
